Priligy (Dapoxetine) 30mg

฿1,400.00Price
Quantity

Priligy is characterized by its rapid onset of action, short half-life, and fast absorption reaching peak levels within 1.5 hours. It exhibits similar efficacy for both primary and secondary premature ejaculation (PE).

Priligy is a prescription medication and should be used under the guidance of a doctor.  Studies have shown that taking Priligy 30mg or 60mg 1-3 hours before intercourse can increase intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) by 2.5-3 times in premature ejaculation patients. In patients with an IELT <30 seconds, Priligy can increase IELT by 3.4-4.3 times, enhancing ejaculatory control, increasing satisfaction, and reducing distress.

Instructions for Use

  • Priligy is taken orally before or after meals.

  • The Priligy tablet should be swallowed whole.

  • It is recommended that patients drink at least a full glass of water when taking the medication.

  • Patients should try to avoid injury caused by prodromal symptoms such as fainting or dizziness.

  • The initial recommended dose for adult males (aged 18-64) is 30mg, to be taken approximately 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity.

  • If the effect is not satisfactory after taking 30mg and the side effects are still acceptable, the dosage can be increased to the maximum recommended dose of 60mg.

  • The maximum recommended dosage frequency is once every 24 hours.

  • Patients with mild or moderate renal impairment do not need dose adjustments when taking Priligy but should use it with caution.

  • Priligy is not recommended for patients with severe renal impairment.

Side Effects

Side effects of Priligy often occur within 4 weeks of starting treatment, especially with the initial dose.

Gastrointestinal and neurological symptoms are most common, such as nausea, diarrhea, headache, dizziness, insomnia, etc.

Sexual dysfunction and discontinuation syndrome have lower incidence rates.

Most side effects are mild and tolerable for the majority of patients.

Many adverse reactions are temporary, and the excellent therapeutic effects should not be overlooked due to extremely minor side effects. Drinking plenty of warm water after taking Priligy can effectively prevent most side effects.
